Where have all our little flowers gone?

Traffic at Big Pink has slowed to a crawl. I think today's blowout may have caused a mass exodus. I even emailed Admin to say I thought his blog had jumped the shark today.

That got me wondering...these people are so fanatical that I know they couldn't stand to be without a soapbox. So I decided to take a quick stroll around lesser Hillary-land to see what I could see.

Take No Quarter. It's run by Larry C. Johnson, the former CIA agent and friend to Joe Wilson and Valerie Plame. His blog became one of my must-reads after he appeared on 60 Minutes speaking about the buildup to the Iraq invasion.

Until Hillary started running for President, and he lost his damned mind, that is. He was banned from DailyKos for posting incredibly racist rants. His blogging partner SusanUnPC (SusanHu on DailyKos) also posted some crazy stuff there, but she deleted the worst ones after she was verbally torn to shreds in the comments. And while she still has posting privileges on DailyKos, she hasn't been back for months.

Anyway, No Quarter has become another haven for Hill Hags, but one which also allows Obama supporters to post there. I hadn't been there for a while, but today when I popped in - to a thread which appropriately had "666" in the title - I thought I saw a lot of familiar faces.

You can read all you want about LIBERATION THEOLOGY ineither the Catholic Encyclopedia or The Concise History of the Catholic Church. This is the Foundational Philosophy. It swept through Latin America in the 1970’s and 1980’s. It is political/religous and promotes MARXIST SOLOUTIONS TO SOCIAL PROBLEMS…IT IS MILITANT…
ADD TO THAT THE POLITICAL/RACIAL PHILOSOPHY AND YOU HAVE BLACK LIBERATION THEOLOGY….

I think it must be her. O, when will people learn that if they don't want people like me to be able to find them on the Internets, they shouldn't create alt entities with easily-identifiable characteristics.

This one used to post on Big Pink as The Realist. I never lampooned any of his/her posts because they were never that over the top.

Go back to your nice soft lil blankey back at HuffPO, AmericaBlog, And Orange Satin. Most of us are here because of the filth you and your brethren and Sistren, have spouted for the last six months.

So, please, don’t come here lecturing us about human decency. It is false and quite frankly, disingenuous. We aren’t buying what you are selling.

Um, I think you meant "Orange Satan" there, sparky. If you're going to try to be pretentious, it helps to get the spelling right. Satin is quite delicious and not evil at all, although I've never liked sleeping on it. My pillow would always squirt out from under my head like a watermelon seed.

And I didn't think "Sistren" was a real word, but it turns out that it is. Don't know why it's capitalized, and brethren isn't. Girls rule and boys drool, maybe?

So if anyone is looking for a new place to observe Hill Hags in case Big Pink ends with a sputter, there's lots of ammo there. With the added bonus that you can even join in the conversation if you like.
